People now prefer to look for homes through online process and to get benefited with this evolution, Tata Value Homes has launched an exclusive online portal that will boost value and affordable housing segment.\u00a0 He further said that the potential homebuyers can pay an amount of Rs. 30,000 and book homes on their official site www.tatavaluehomes.com.The demand for value and affordable homes have drastically increased from the middle class category thus this subsidiary real estate firm is targeting to cater the needs of this category of homebuyers.Tata Value Homes is a real estate arm of Tata Housing that focuses affordable housing segment.\u00a0 This company have till now marked its presence in prime cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Chennai. The real estate firm offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments of which the price ranges from Rs. 29.9 lakh to Rs. 59.9 lakh.The company is planning to commence with 3 more residential projects under
