This project will strengthen their presence in metropolis like Mumbai. They intend to deliver finest project with exceptional lifestyle amenities to their residents.Currently, this real estate firm is engaged in residential, township and commercial projects around 12 cities which are spread across a total area of 103 million sq ft.\u00a0 Godrej-Properties was established in 1990 and is said to be first real estate firm to possess ISO certification. It is headquartered in Mumbai and has marked its presence in almost all prime localities.As compared to first quarter of the last financial year, the total income of this realty firm, in the same period during this year increased by 49 % that is from Rs. 244 crore to Rs. 363 crore.The sales bookings of Godrej Properties during the financial quarter that ended on June, a year ago escalated from
