Most of the developers have come up with interesting schemes, freebies and discounts to increase the sales.According to the chairman of National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), festive offer which starts from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/blog\/navratri-vijayadashmi-celebrations-different-parts-india\/\">Navratri<\/a> is very crucial for the real estate industry. Since the property market is now witnessing a revival, residential demand is expected to rise. He further said that to attract the investors, some developers are presenting financial assistance plans and also possession linked payment which will further boost the sales.The real estate market always looks positive during the October \u2013December period.\u00a0 As Navratri, Dussehra, Diwali are said to be auspicious occasions for property investment in India, developers believe that presenting festive offers like discounts, freebies and other such schemes would likely attract real estate buyers which would in turn increase the sales.According to the sources, offers vary according to the cities.
