\"gujarat<\/a>The impressive Modi government seems to attract Gujrati migration as they are looking forward to invest in properties in their homeland with revived interest.Since the property consultants and market analysts are witnessing non-stop enquiry for luxury homes, plots and commercial spaces, it looks like Non-resident Gujratis (NRGs) are all set to put in lot of money is\u00a0 Gujarat property market.Our Prime Minister will be soon visiting US and according to the GIHED President, US has huge Gujrati exodus, the visit of Prime Minister will certainly motivate the NRGs to invest on their homeland.\u00a0 40% increase in the investment is expected from NRGs from this November to next March.Around 50 % drop in investment was seen by global Gujratis from last 3 years due to the instability in Rupee value but with the fresh and stable government, NRGs are again gaining interest to invest in Gujarat realty market.According to one of the property consultants, when the Prime Minister visits US, he would likely convince the NRGs to invest in their respective home town. Majority of global companies are showing interest in Gujarat real estate sector hence increased enquiries are expected from NRGs with respect to commercial spaces and industrial warehousing.A recent survey conducted by Assocham, NRIs considers Ahmedabad as a safe investment location because of the lenient government rules and regulation for NRI property investment.\u00a0\u00a0 A special zone asNRI sector has been allotted by Assocham in their plotting scheme and they have already received many enquiries regarding this special zone.
