The event will showcase over 1000 projects that comprise of apartments, penthouses, duplexes, shops, agriculture land, NA plots, townships, vacation homes, IT and commercial spaces, across Nashik. Property prices range between Rs. 15 lakh to Rs. 2 crore. CREDAI <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/nashik\/properties\">Nashik property<\/a> exhibition will boast total 37 stalls that would display these properties.The fresh and tranquil atmosphere and industrial expansion are the prime factors for real estate growth in Nashik. The upcoming SEZ project spread across 27 hectares, will offer employment facilities to many citizens. Major IT companies have also marked their presence in Nashik. Well-known shopping malls, entertainment hubs, fast food joints and restaurants at prime locations allow the residents here to enjoy metropolitan lifestyle.
