Both residential as well as corporate buyers are showing their interest in green projects.With the rising demand for the environmentally-sustainable structures, the realty firms are coming up with two categories of projects, one would comprise of standard specifications and features while other will concentrate on green technologies and a bit of modified specifications. The second type of projects is being seriously taken up by number of builders across the country.Green projects show potential for speedy returns therefore more and more developers are concentrating on eco-friendly projects.
