The number was from Rs. 32,000 to Rs. 78,000, last year whereas this year after the changed circle rates the price would range from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 86,000 in Noida. The residential segment of Noida consists of 5 categories. This year, the flat buyers can take a sigh of relief since there will be no hike in flat segment. However the circle rates in this category will be assessed as per the services offered by the real estate developer in the housing sector. The services comprise of gym, swimming pool, electricity backup, security and club.\u00a0 The developers have determined to charge 5% on every service provided, however the circle rate will not go above 25%.According to the stamp and registry department, the current assessment is impractical and has asked to withdraw its proposal of evaluation based on the services offered by the realtors.\u00a0 There is a mixed reaction from the real estate developers.
