This drive will aid the corporation to gain revenue of around Rs. 500 crore.\u00a0 It will also help the owners to attain legalized tenure of properties.The move was facing some technical problems, till now however the commissioner of BBMP handed over a circular to the officers to carry out the development fees collection from property owners who possess undivided single housing layout which were granted by the deputy commissioner before.The deputy commissioner of the revenue department of BBMP said that most of these properties were not legalized due to some issues. Currently \u2018A\u2019 khata will not be issued to such properties. The undivided property present in the revenue pockets can pay the development fees and acquire A Khata. This facility is available to only layouts that are approved by<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/blog\/bangalore-development-authority\/\"> Bangalore Development Authority (BDA)<\/a>.The officials have been warned to collect the fees only after conducting a thorough inspection of the documents.
