It would be, this year\u2019s largest commercial space absorption, until now in India. The company is planning to lease such a large space since it will be hiring more 10,000 professionals as its employees in next four years across our country.As per a report, KPMG has announced that it will be utilizing the space to expand its work area and also to strengthen its business in the IT hub, Bangalore. However the deal has taken place at a time where the property sector has been affected by the economic slump which eventually resulted in considerable reduction in the office space absorption in India.According to the sources, one of the leading realty firms, RMZ has booked 7.6 lakh sq ft of space in RMZ Ecoworld for this professional services company that will be occupied in phases.
