The property is located in Byculla area. The company declared that along with the owner of the property, they have completed the sales process and have got their rights on the property share. Rs. 324.95 is the share of their sales consideration.The property owner had entered into a joint venture with Mahindras in 1995. According the sources of the company, the property selling decision took place after a dispute between the property owner and the real estate company. Globally recognized property consultant, Cushman &amp; Wakefield had asked the companies to take this wise decision.The Chief Executive and Managing Director of Mahindra Lifespace said that they are not confirmed about how the proceeds will be used, whether it will be utilized for the repayment of debts or buying land, nothing is fixed yet. The company witnessed a drastic plunge in its consolidated net, primarily due to lack of sales. The income also saw a fall. The combined net profit of the company was dropped by 29% during the Fiscal Year, 2014.Mahindra Lifespace Developers is a Mumbai-based real estate company which has successfully marked its presence in 9 cities.
