Despite of the strong competition in leasing out of commercial spaces and restrained economic condition, the company has been able to achieve this benchmark.Gurgaon alone has recorded leasing out of 1.7 million sq ft office space out of the total 3 million sq ft area. Most number of tenants, considerably who are finishing their lease term of 9 years in DLF CyberCity<\/a> of Gurgaon have decided to restore their leases, strengthening their trust and bond with this leading real firm.There is roughly around 27 million sq ft of leasable office space in India by the DLF Offices which includes few projects that acquired over 95 % occupancy.According to the National Director of DLF Offices, DLF has strengthened its vision to improve their client experience by paying large attention to security and quality services.
