Apart from information about the fraudulent developers, the authority has also put up details about illegal properties and the colonies.According to the Chairman of this Development Authority, uploading details of the errant developers has reduced the public harassment. Before, homebuyers used to continuously visit the office to check the legality of the properties. With this new online process, everything is readily available on the website and has helped in increasing the efficiency.The reliability and development of the region are related with its real estate sector. People do not prefer in investing in the regions where the cheat case is high.
