In spite of the continuous urge of flat buyers to make the details of developers online, Yamuna Expressway, Noida and Greater Noida authorities have failed to put up the information on their websites. The drive to make details public was to ensure transparency in the home buying and property transaction. This could help the investors to verify the legality of the residential projects.Despite of so much deception in the real estate sector, hardly any complaints has been registered as the police or respective authorities are not taking any strict action. Even many buyers\u2019 association have requested the authority to upload all the essential details regarding the project and builder as it unfeasible for the buyers to each time visit the developer\u2019s office and check for details.Earlier Noida Authority had planned to start with e-governance which would increase the transparency and there would have been no need for each of the buyer to visit various offices to check all the property related matter.All the three authorities had also decided to put up details regarding land ownership and title, lease deed conditions, position of approving building layout plan and other NOC details on their website. According to the OSD of Noida Authority they have appointed an agency for their e-governance project.Reputed real estate companies have welcomed the authority\u2019s drive to upload details on their website.
