Most of the projects will be ready for possession after 2 to 3 years.Usually, most of the projects in Mumbai do not offer special amenities due to shortage of space but the upcoming projects in Mulund will be offering the homebuyer\u2019s amenities like swimming pool, car parking space, club house, gym etc. The well-planned and commodious residential spaces are likely to attract many buyers. Mulund is primarily a residential location; hence the number of end-users is higher than the investors.Mulund is one of the most sought after residential location in Mumbai due to the well-equipped infrastructure and easy connectivity. This locality also boasts facilities like hospitals, schools, colleges, banks, clubs, shopping malls, restaurants, gardens, pubs etc. Not only this, Mulund is also covered with greenery and has fresh environment. Mulund east and west are well connected to Navi Mumbai via Mulund-Airoli Bridge.
