The property was priced for over Rs. 145 crore.The commercial complex, Centrum B2 is located in Kalyani Nagar and it was this private equity firm\u2019s first investments through rental yield fund IL&amp;FS Milestone Fund I in the year 2008. The building presently comprise of occupants like Reliance Communications, Vodafone, Standard Chartered.The director and Vice Chairman of Milestone Capital Advisors said that counting capital appreciation and quarterly rental yields, their property investment have offered 1.83 times returns. The company has managed to get a good return especially during the sluggish market condition. The slow-moving real estate sector makes it very difficult for the investors of commercial properties to exit with good returns.IL&amp;FS Milestone Fund I is one of the primary Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) of India.
