The global turmoil, falling rupee value, everything has affect on the real estate market and proportionately real estate affects the financial aspects of the country.Real estate industry has become the most vital part of the Indian financial market and it takes its root long back, even much before to the IT Industry boom across the country. After the boom of the IT industry across the country it has grabbed a much larger market and now it been the most vital income for numerous people across the country, especially in the metro cities where IT shares the major employment factor, it has been booming ever since.<strong>Analysis of the Real estate<\/strong>Measuring the spread of real estate in India isn\u2019t the easiest part, but sales volume is the best indicator which sketches the graph of the growth and fall of any industry. The states and metro cities have the long time influence of real estate, and their development, their infrastructure expansions and skyline spread; everything was rooted to the demand in the real estate market of that region.<strong>Residential real estate<\/strong>In 2012, the residential real estate observed downward plunge in residential capital values across the prominent real estate destination of the country, all major cities including Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR observed this downfall and this was the result of inflation during 2011 and 2012 which further continued to put pressure on the real estate. Although the real estate observed growth of 3-5 per cent by the end of the year 2012 which became visible by the end of the year, it wasn\u2019t enough to make a change in the coming years.Mumbai and NCR will share more than half of the estimated supply in the coming years from 2013 to 2015. The year 2013 worked out to be sort of respite for the real estate and the growth will continue to favor the Indian real estate market in the coming years.<strong>Commercial real estate<\/strong>The major share in the commercial real estate comes from the IT industry which is spread across the country, and it is growing in leaps and bounds. There won\u2019t be any stopping for the IT growth of India and it will proportionately beneficial for the commercial real estate market across the country.The economic slowdown in 2008-2009 was the most influential for the commercial real estate, as it helped to plummet a huge load of absorptions across the country, especially absorption coming from the IT\/ITeS sector and BFSI sector. The commercial real estate has certainly risen up from the pitfall of 2008 despite regular fluctuation on its ways but now it will remain at significant and stable level for the coming years.NCR, Pune, Hyderabad and few other tier II cities are coming up to be the next big thing in the commercial real estate and it expected that the commercial real estate will observe about 160 million sq ft
