The three-day show was able to generate sales worth Rs. 200 crore.Most of the homebuyers opted for residential properties that fell into bracket of Rs. 30 lakh to Rs. 60 lakh. About 72% of the sales belonged to this price range. The event also witnessed presence of 8 prominent banks and housing finance companies that showcased various home loan options. The home loan show was held before the property show where over 1000 registrations were done.A record sale of over 300 units was observed in this property exhibition which is expected to generate revenue of around Rs. 200 crore.Day before the show started, CREDAI had offered special offers to the customers like flexible payment options, minimum processing fees from banks and financial institutions, home loan rates, in order to maximize the demand to make the show successful. The three day property expo was a single window where variety of property options belonging to different price ranges were available for all type of customers. The aim was to provide the potential homebuyers the overview of Chennai realty and the glance of some renowned upcoming and ongoing projects, all at one place.Homebuyers were with the maximum benefit as the finest properties were offered at best prices with discounts from the builders, special offers from banks and housing finance companies.
