Due the systematic workflow as per the master plan, the demand for residential projects has increased and resulted in rise in property price.Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi and Vasundhara are some locations which are on high demand by the end-users due to its proximity to the National capital, Delhi. Apart from this, these areas also witness the presence of MNC companies which has resulted in increase in residential demand. The infrastructure growth is also one of the driving factors. Even areas like Raj Nagar Extension, Mohan Nagar, Crossings Republik, NH-24 and 58 are fast catching trend.According to the sources, the realty market is growing immensely as the developers are catering the residential demand of all the income categories. In fact some of the areas have emerged as affordable zones as far as housing projects are concerned. Some locations are offering good rental values. Not only is the residential part, even the commercial and retail segments are steadily prospering in Ghaziabad.Infrastructure and connectivity has played a major role in real estate development of Ghaziabad.Developers are coming up with group housing as well as individual projects in all the residential zones.
