The group is going to launch a residential project and in next 3 years it is anticipating to generate sales worth Rs. 300 crore.According to a report, the Director of KV Developers said that they have marked their presence in the property sector with a long-term plan. The firm would be coming up with 950 residential units in their first project located in Greater Noida, West. For the project management guidance, this newly established real estate firm has tied up with a globally recognized firm, Colliers International.The Director of KV Group also said that they will be soon handing over the construction deal to a renowned firm. He further added that the project will be completed by the second half of 2017. He did not clearly mention about the total investment but only said that they are estimating sales realization of about Rs. 300 crore. Rs. 3,295 per sq ft will be the basic selling cost of the flats.This company is planning to expand its business by venturing into the real estate segment and will be soon coming up with luxurious and mid-segment housing projects in locations such as Delhi- NCR, Noida Expressway, Gurgaon and Yamuna Expressway.KV Aromatics is one of the chief producers of mint in our country and deals with manufacturing, supplying and exporting of mint products.
