Skyrocketing realty prices and scarcity of land parcels has led to the emergence of alternative destinations within a vicinity of these main areas with affordable property prices. Areas along the NH-24 have certainly witnessed ample amount of real estate being in the vicinity of Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida.
