Many property owners have secured properties by buying them as investment to attract revenue from such properties, especially a large chunk of senior citizens have\u00a0 been seen renting out their properties to aid them on financial aspect. Increasing rental price appreciation has fascinated many property owners to rent out their properties to gain good returns from their investment. As the property renting transaction are increasing in the country, a significant increase in frauds and disputes between tenants and land owners has observed in the past few years.Possible disputes and quarrels can easily be avoided so that no complications can rise throughout the future transactions with following checklist which needs to be considered before renting out your property.<b>Fixing the rental<\/b>Before you decide to rent out your property, it is mandatory that you calculate the perfect rental amount for your property which must include extra charges levied by the society as an annual fee from members who rent out their apartments in the housing societies. Rental value of the properties can vary from location to location hence it is very necessary that you must set your rental amount accordingly depending on the location where your property is situated.<b>Legal formalities<\/b>Although everything goes well from the beginning but some way in the middle tenant- landlord disputes start which can lead to extreme situations, hence it is recommended that landlord must carry out all the legal formalities and paperwork along with rental agreement which must include mutually agreed terms and conditions associated with the transactions between landlord and tenant. Quick background check can be done via current employers of the tenants to get brief details about the potential tenant.
