\"commercial-space\"<\/a>The Quarter 4 of 2013 witnessed maximum office space addition of 7.3 million sq ft, drastically higher than the previous quarter which saw an addition of 3,000 sq ft space. With 30%, Pune saw the highest space addition which was followed by Bangalore with 26% and Hyderabad with 15%. The increase in the office spaces was mainly due to the completion of projects and SEZ developments.The supply of office space in Pune notably increased on quarter by quarter basis and marked a fresh space of above 2.0 million sq ft in the last quarter of 2013. The city was registered as third largest supplier of commercial office spaces in 2013 with about 4.4 million sq. ft of the total supply of office spaces. It was followed by Mumbai with 8.4 million sq ft and Bangalore with 8 million sq ft. The previous quarters of the year saw a substantial delay in completion of projects which resulted in high vacancies and low level of demand. In the Quarter 4 of 2013, Pune\u2019s Off Central Business District micro markets like Magarpatta, Viman Nagar, Baner, Aundh, S B Road, Nagar Road and Shankar Seth Road observed highest commercial space addition to the change of 62 per cent as compared to Central Business District with 8 % and Peripheral Business District with 30%.
