M3M declared in a statement that ii has decided to strengthen the development of these 7 projects and is all set to spend a colossal budget of Rs. 3,000 crore for the progress of the projects. Once these projects get completed, it will offer over 11 million sq ft area of residential complexes, shopping outlets and hospitality spaces. The company further added that to ensure the quality and delivery of projects on time, they have contracted firms like like L&amp;T and Shapoorji &amp; Pallonji.M3M is all set to stabilize its business plans in a period where the real estate sector is witnessing a slowdown. The company is driving it construction work to complete its major projects like Merlin, Golf Estate, Woodshire and Polo Suites, before time.The Chief Operating officer of M3M said that their capital force and monetary status has made possible to move forward their construction work even at the times when the market condition is unstable. With the total stock worth Rs. 30,000 crore, this real estate company stands strong and poised.
