\"noida-authority-\"<\/a>Apart from the anti-breach move against the illegal properties, the Noida Authority is also planning to penalize the buyers of the illegal properties to curb down the rising number of unauthorized structures in the region. The authority took the decision after a tremendous difficulty faced by it in clearing a land on FNG expressway for Rs. 1,000 crore.To make the region free from encroachment, the authority is been constantly striving from past one year. Hence to make the drive more effective, the authority has now decided to take action against the buyers too. There is no provision for freehold properties<\/a> in Noida but still the land dealers are selling the land as freehold. All the lands in this district are leasehold; therefore buyers must be aware of it.The chairman of Noida Authority said that this is a wakeup call for the encroachers and has requested the buyers to check all the property related details before buying any flat or plot.According to the government sources, investigation is been carried out since such a large scale illegal act cannot be handled without taking the support of the authority official, district administration, stamp and revenue department, electricity and irrigation.Noida Authority has issued a public notice stating that anybody who is found breaching on roads or sidewalks across the region will have to face strict punishable actions.
