The realty market has presently reached to such a level that it not only became a hotspot but is proving to be a tough competition to many of the major cities of India. Due to the increasing demand, the property prices within the city have remarkably increased. Hence most of the investors have shifted their focus to small and upcoming localities of the city. Moving towards the south, Sohna which is primarily a tourist spot has now emerged as an ultimate investment area in Gurgaon.Sohna is a small town near Gurgaon which is developed in leaps and bounds and is observing a good demand matching the supply. One of the major factors for the real estate development in this location is the availability of huge land parcels and open spaces. The healthy demand for properties in this location has resulted in fast-pace development. As compared to the other areas of Gurgaon, especially the major locations where properties come with heavy price tag, property rates in Sohna are quite affordable due to which most of the investors are eyeing this location. The enhanced connectivity and the improved infrastructure have also resulted in residential growth in Sohna. The location also boasts some known educational institutes like Ryan International School, Euro Kids, Pathways World School etc. Gurgaon has become a major IT hub of India, due to which more and more people are migrating towards Gurgaon and in search of affordable properties have landed to Sohna. However it is expected that increase in demand and supply of properties will escalate the property prices in near future.The area is coming up with residential properties like villas, plots and also commercial and retail spaces like shopping malls, IT parks, multiplexes etc. The next big industrial zone is also going to be set in this region very soon.
