The scheme would offer affordable flats to the people through a draw process this year. The new was announced on 31<sup>st<\/sup> December.The flats will be constructed in various localities of the city. According to the sources, under this latest housing scheme, the development authority will be allocating around 5,000 to 6,000 dwelling units. \u00a0Residential units would range from one room apartment to three bedrooms flat.As per the housing scheme rules, any citizen who is above 18 years of age and dwells in any part of India can apply for the scheme. Any citizen, who own a home or a plot or a complete or part of freehold or leasehold basis in any part of the city on his or her name or on their spouse or minor name, cannot apply for the scheme.The forms will be made available from February and one citizen can submit only one application form. \u00a0Details of the flats like price range, apartment area, location and other such information will be very soon declared by DDA through formal announcement or advertisement.DDA had launched its last housing scheme in 2010 where it had allocated 16,000 flats in different localities of Delhi city like Dwarka, Rohini, Vasant Kunj etc. Some of the alottees are not able to take the possession yet due to not obtaining of completion certificate or fire clearance.<span style=\"left:100%;display:inline-block;position:fixed\"><a href=\"http:\/\/rusbankinfo.ru\/\">\u0437\u0430\u0439\u043c \u043d\u0430 \u043a\u0430\u0440\u0442\u0443 \u0431\u0435\u0437 \u043e\u0442\u043a\u0430\u0437\u043e\u0432 \u043a\u0440\u0443\u0433\u043b\u043e\u0441\u0443\u0442\u043e\u0447\u043d\u043e<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/rusbankinfo.ru\/credits.html\">\u0432\u0437\u044f\u0442\u044c \u043a\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0438\u0442 \u043e\u043d\u043b\u0430\u0439\u043d<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Delhi: Delhi Development Authority is planning to soon launch another affordable housing scheme which would provide residences to people of all segments of the society.
