The senior deputy mayor of MCG has written a letter to the financial commissioner in ULB seeking the sanction of building plans. Approval of such building plans does not issued by the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon as it does not have rights to issue the permission for such properties.Yashpal Batra, senior deputy mayor said that the ULB department had recently granted permission to the Karnal Municipal Corporation for such buildings plans on subdivided plots in their jurisdiction. And we are expecting that the ULB considers our request to grant permissions to these properties.Batra also added, \u201cI have also requested to grant the permissions so that it will bring relief to number of residents which are trying very hard to get their building plans approved from MCG.\u201d Earlier MCG used to issues sanctions to such building plans, but issuance of such permissions were later stopped without any significant reasons. MCG is hoping that they will also get permissions for such building plans as Karnal Municipal Corporation has been granted with similar permissions.MCG has received numerous files seeking building plan permission from MCG for subdivided plots in municipal limits which have been submitted by residents of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/blog\/gurgaon-property\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gurgaon<\/a> Corporation.
