The design of buildings in The Iceberg was reshaped closed block into four l shaped wings to formulate the whole project. To make sure all the apartments in buildings must get ample amount of sunlight along with waterfront view, the peaks and canyons have designed by architectures which definitely elicit the project on the skyline of the city. The varied building shapes in the structure create series of apartment types which are almost different from each other. Every dwelling unit in the projects has unique quality of structure ensures an urban living environment with social diversity. At ground level, the town houses are integrated in first two levels of the buildings and the peaks of every building contains astonishing penthouse apartment while in between these number of variety apartments with different balconies have been incorporated. Buildings also have a variety of rental and sale apartments which will be available for affordable housing to create a social diversity in the project. As the name suggest, the structure of the project highly resembles icebergs floating on sea level, when looked from distant sea you will definitely confuse it with floating icebergs as every building of the project is designed with peaky structure and white façade. The architecture working on the project made it sure that the buildings’ peaky design is not only to catch the eyes of thousands but it also has great significance to ensure that all apartments are supplied with generous amount of natural lighting and a waterfront view.Architects working on the project had a number of issues regarding natural air flow and sea level air pressure etc. hence the overall design of the project is designed considering all these issues and problems so that they would not be the problem in the future. The Iceberg dwellings provide unique quality of housing along with architectural expression of the highest quality in the city.
