The key to the growth of real estate in any tract is greatly influenced by its infrastructure. Moreover when a particular locality comes with excellent connectivity and accessibility, chances of real estate development are higher. Construction of flyovers, roadways, and Metro rails will contribute further to the boom of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/lucknow\/real-estate\" target=\"_blank\">real estate of Lucknow<\/a>.Lucknow is next up in line with respect to multidimensional real estate growth. The upcoming Metro rail project has led to a steep rise in property rates. Localities like Krishnanagar, Hazratganj have started seeing a 20% hike in properties as compared to the previous quarter. \u00a0Properties costing Rs. 2, 600 per sq.ft have joined the Rs. 3, 000 sq.ft leagues.The primary reason behind Metro grabbing the spotlight is its nearness to the Lucknow Airport. This project will make the Airport more accessible and reduce commuting time. The inception of the Metro in Lucknow is said to decongest the city and regulate traffic to a major extent.Work on the first phase of the Metro is expected to being in the Month of December this year. The project should be fully functional by the end of 2016. The Metro would cover a distance of 24 km and will connect Munshi Pulia to the Airport.
