The commercial real estate of India is expected to see a fresh supply of about 150 million square feet by 2017. The commercial real estate sector of the country has witnessed a huge growth of 800 per cent over the last decade. \u00a0\u00a0<\/b>Top seven cities from the country definitely see completion of office space mostly similar to the Grade-A office space available across the country. NCR Delhi and Mumbai are the giants in the commercial spaces in India, which will surely see a boom in the new supply due to huge numbers of upcoming projects in these regions. Cities like Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and Kolkata will also participate in the competition with ample amount of new supply coming in the next few years.Three main metropolitan centers which promise the highest number of office supply could possibly come up with more than 150 million sq ft of completions. Gurgaon and Noida from NCR are the most prominent and active commercial regions in the country<\/a> which have the great prospects for the new office supply in coming years. Bangalore which is dominated by the IT sector will see the half of its new supply coming up i8n the North Bangalore area, and Whitefield.Financial year 2014-15 is most likely to the maximum amount of upcoming supply, since the huge numbers of projects are observed in their final under construction phases.
