HMDA rejected Building Penalization Scheme (BPS) applications presented by these educational institutes. Even though Development Authority has the right to bulldoze the illegal buildings, the officials are taking slow action on the managements.A couple of years back, HMDA had given notices to the unauthorized buildings after which 170 professional colleges had applied for the regularization of their institute buildings. Some of the colleges had taken permission from the gram panchayat for construction of ground+ 2 floors but later additional floors were constructed without permission. While some of the institutes started construction without the authorization.In 2008 when the BPS scheme was declared, only few of the colleges took initiative to legalize their buildings since they were under gram panchayat. 800 villages and some municipalities came together and formed HMDA is 2008. HMDA served notices to many of the institutes to regularize their unauthorized buildings by May, 2012.Out of the 170 colleges which had applied for regularization, many of the applications were rejected due to reasons like non-payment of balance penalty amount, no proper documents, non-submission of change of land use certificate, not compliant to master plan etc.Applications of colleges like Nova Educational Society, Gayatri Education Society, CMR Educational Society was rejected due to land use was not permitted as per the master plan.According to the HMDA Director, college managements had been informed about their application rejection while applications which were rejected due to non-payment of penalty may be reconsidered by the authority.<span style=\"left:100%;display:inline-block;position:fixed\"><a href=\"http:\/\/rusbankinfo.ru\/\">\u0437\u0430\u0439\u043c \u043d\u0430 \u043a\u0430\u0440\u0442\u0443 \u0431\u0435\u0437 \u043e\u0442\u043a\u0430\u0437\u043e\u0432 \u043a\u0440\u0443\u0433\u043b\u043e\u0441\u0443\u0442\u043e\u0447\u043d\u043e<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/rusbankinfo.ru\/credits.html\">\u0432\u0437\u044f\u0442\u044c \u043a\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0438\u0442 \u043e\u043d\u043b\u0430\u0439\u043d<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hyderabad: 69 professional colleges located in the surrounding areas of Hyderabad did not receive regularization from Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) as they did not meet the necessary terms and requirements.
