The prime locations of the Bangalore city observed high price ranges for renting as well as buying purposes as the scarcity of land parcels was the main issues at the central locations of the city. Higher prices and low availability of land in the prime and central city locations have given rise to the many suburbs in the Bangalore city as real estate alternative to the Bangalore. Domlur is one of such destination which has emerged as a great commercial sub market of the city, affordability of the area and large availability of land parcels have attributed to the emergence of the location as the alternate real estate market.<b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Real estate scenario<\/span><\/b>Domlur has strategically placed location on the eastern part of the Bangalore city which is surrounded by prominent locations like Old Airport Road, Indira Nagar, and Kodihalli which offer high end commercial properties in the market. Domlur also comes in the proximity of the notable areas like Defense colony and Air Force Areas which has resulted into an added advantage of the Domlur real estate market, especially the commercial real estate. Domlur houses numerous economic office spaces, which also have decent infrastructure support with well established electricity and water supply in the region.Rentals in Domlur are gradually increasing from year or two which recorded peak rental values at the start of the second half of the current year.
