The investment will be made in the project which is proposed to be developed in Noida comprising range of branded homes and a 5 start hotel by the Four Seasons Hotels and resorts. The 3C company had already tied a partnership knot with Four Seasons for the management of hotels and branded residences in 2011.Vidur Bhardwaj, Director of The 3C company said that the company has secured all the required permissions and approval for the development of this project. The project will be named as \u2018Delhi One\u2019 which will house hotel, branded residences, luxury retail spaces and top-notch range of office spaces. The project will be spread over the land 12.5 acres and about 3.5 million sq ft of area will be developed which will include office and retail spaces.Red Fort Capital, one of the leading private equity firms has also invested in the project; the residential spaces in the project will be sold in the price range of Rs 22,000 to Rs 26,000 per sq ft, the project is proposed to be completed by 2016.The project will be one of the leading developments in the Noida offering world class branded housing units along with commercial and retail space under the same wing.
