Realty developers of the city are offering striking and direct discounts to the real buyers which have drastically increased the property transactions from past one month.The festive season in Bangalore started from Varamahalakshmi, followed by Dussera and Diwali and will continue till New Year. During this season, most of the Bangalore builders<\/a> have offered highly customized discounts which have greatly benefited the real buyers.According to sources, this time the developers are offering discounts only to the genuine buyers therefore they are not publicizing it on a big scale. Normally the builders declare some percentage of discounts during the grand festivals like Dussera and Diwali on flat booking nevertheless the real buyer is benefited by additional discount at the time of booking. This has resulted in increased bookings during the festive period.In past one month, some prominent projects by renowned developers like Prestige, Embassy, ETA and other such have observed strong sales. During this season, many high-end segment as well as mid-end group make investments and get benefited with the attractive discounts. The buyers are able to get an average discount of around Rs. 100 to Rs. 200 per sq ft.
