Most of the homebuyers and prospective investors are eyeing this location as it is nearby to the national capital, Delhi and IGI Airport which is one of the driving factors that have boosted real estate development on Dwarka Expressway as compared to other upcoming areas like Yamuna Expressway, Dharuhera, Bhiwadi, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.Well known real estate companies like Raheja, Mahindra Lifespace, Ansal Housing, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/gurgaon\/builder\/20299\/assotech-limited\">Assotech<\/a>,\u00a0Sobha Developers, Puri Construction and many such developers have set up more than 50 projects on Dwarka Expressway. The development of this project is in various stages and range from mid segment to high-end segment.As compared to other new locations of Gurgaon, in past five years, Dwarka Expressway observed highest number of new launches. Around 44 new projects have been launched belonging to mid and premium segment. Approximately 18,000 residential units have been set up in this location from 2009 to 2013.Currently, the approval of the Land Pooling Policy by the Delhi Development Authority will benefit the real estate sector of this corridor.
