If a buyer has booked a property in phase V of VII phase project then it is evident that only after the completion of all 7 phases of the same property type will the buyer get possession of his property. This will cause unnecessary delays and leads to financial crunches in the long run.To avoid this situation, developers have decided to deliver projects in phases. The ready-to-move in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/noida\/real-estate\" target=\"_blank\">projects in Noida<\/a> has attracted premium buyers. Prospective buyers tend to prefer ready-to-move-in homes for their appreciation value. The buyer will have to shell out a higher amount for ready-to-move-in in comparison to the to-be-launched properties. The buyers prefer to avoid unwanted construction delays in the process of buying a home which has made such properties a huge hit.The buyer is free from rent hassles and can take possession of their dream home at the earliest. Therefore the preference for such properties outweighs the others in Noida. The demand for residential spaces will also shoot up in the next 4-5 years.
