\"DDA-commercial-auction\"Delhi<\/b>:<\/b>Delhi Development Authority has decided to auction the prime commercial properties in the capital region. There are thousands of prominent and premium commercial properties which are ready for sell in Delhi. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has decided to start selling properties situated in Delhi such properties which include many commercial plots, multi level parkings along with banquet halls.The Delhi real estate market<\/a> is witnessing a huge supply of commercial properties coming online which will influence the property prices. In coming weeks Delhi real estate market may loose its charm and property prices can come down due to high supply of the commercial properties. Hence the Delhi Development Authority has decided to auction the properties by selling them on a freehold basis.The DDA has started receiving tenders for some of the big offerings in the auction which include 20,040 square meters community center situated in Rohini Phase II with a base price of Rs 333 crore. Delhi’s Mayur Vihar Phase I has two spaces having an area of 8,773 square meters and 9,452 square meters which would be auctioned with a base price of Rs 263\u00a0 crore and Rs 267 crore respectively. The auction will also include district center property in sector-11, Dwarka<\/a> having an area of 18,260 square meters which will have a base price of Rs 393 crore.Overall properties which are going under the hammer include 54 commercial plots, one shopping complex, six multi level parkings, tow banquet halls and one storey parking plot.DDA has not hosted an auction in the past one year for commercial properties, it is expected that DDA will hold regular auctions in the coming months.
