Lotus Greens is a diversified group having a keen interest in real estate sector of India along with hospitality, health care and education. The group has actively participated in various commercial developments in the country.Red Fort Capital has more than $ 1 billion under management and is one of the top most private equity funds across the globe. Red Fort has a great track record of real estate projects exceeding 300 million sq ft. The firm has invested in several projects in India which have about 60 million sq ft of under development area.Projects in which Red Fort has invested include Central Delhi\u2019s 38 acres residential project \u2013 Delhi Heights, Parsynath Towers \u2013 Grade A commercial development in New Delhi and 1.2 Million sq ft residential development at Prabhadevi, Mumbai \u2013 Bay One.Nirmal Singh, founder of Lotus Greens said that the company is very happy to associate with the leading private equity firm, Red Fort Capital. Red Fort will invest an amount of Rs 1000 crore in Lotus Greens and until now the company has already devoted about Rs 365 crore for Lotus Greens. The fund from Red Fort will be majorly used in our developments of various <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/blog\/ncr-indias-most-vague-property-market\/\" target=\"_blank\">Delhi NCR<\/a> based projects.The company vice chairman P Sahel said that the company will launch its new township project in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/blog\/gurgaon-property\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gurgaon<\/a> along with group housing project situated near Yamuna Expressway.
