\"YEIDA\"Delhi\/NCR –<\/strong> Finally the property owners can take a sigh of relief as Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) declared to revoke the ban on the transfer of land. Since 2011, no land transfer process was carried out in this region but now YEIDA passed a circular of September, 24th that states the permission of land transfer.The development authority launched a policy of 21,000 residential plots in 2009 but after the land row, the court imposed a stay on the scheme. The Chief Executive of Yamuna Expressway Authority said that the transfer of the acknowledged land can be recommenced. The decision regarding the land transfer has been officially circulated in all the departments. There are around 25,000 residential properties and a court stay on 12,000 plots, the chief executive said. The parameters will exist on the properties that are caught up in legal proceedings while the remaining lands can be easily transferred.When CREDAI<\/a> (UP-west) President and MD of Gaursons were asked about the consequences of the decision on the real estate sector, they said that the decision would have a positive impact on the real estate sector which is currently witnessing a slowdown. The transfer of land will develop a positive outlook in the market and even the authority will be able to generate money as registration duty. This fund can be used for the development purpose.There are 21,000 plots present in Sector 18 and Sector 20 of Yamuna Expressway that had a negative impact due to ban on the transfer of land.
