Banks and housing finance firms observes an escalation in retail loans, therefore most of the banks offer special schemes to the customers during festival.There is array of financial institutions in market which provide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/blog\/checklist-for-availing-a-home-loan\/\">home loans<\/a>; hence there is a heavy competition among these banks and housing finance companies. To attract the customers, banks come up with some new schemes or provide add-ons with the existing loan schemes. Add-ons may be financial or non-financial offers. Special interest rebates, discounts, concession on the rate of interest for all the housing loans, waiver processing fee etc. are some of the common offers provided by financial institutions. Recently banks have started off with a new scheme, one percent cash payback or in case of EMI, waiver of last few EMIs if all the EMIs are paid.These exclusive and beneficial offers are valid only for limited time.
