\"goaPanaji:<\/b> The state government has created a regional plan for Goa-2021 which is also the reference plan of the Goa government. The state government has decided that the development and construction of projects will be allowed according to the development plans of the city, both regional plan for 2001 and regional plan for Goa-2021. The department of town and country planning (TCP) cleared that, future developments will be planned according to the regional plans.The Goa government has notified the surface utilization plans according to the regional plan for Goa-2021 in all talukas situated across the state. Town and country planning has set up facilitation centers in each taluka to provide assistance to the public to understand the development plan.
