Demand kept on increasing day-by-day as it was mostly generated by professionals working in the IT\/ITeS sectors in locations like Wakad, Hinjewadi, Kothrud and Hadapsar.Localities like Chakan, Moshi, and Pirangut which were highly known as the industrial areas in its earlier days, but now they are emerging as one of the best real estate destinations in Pune. Residential property rates in Pirangut and its adjacent areas have increased in the past three years yet they are very much affordable than the major central and suburban city localities. Affordable commercial property prices in Pirangut have also encouraged commercial real estate in Pirangut. Many commercial properties can be seen beside the Paud road as they provide proper connectivity with city.Pune civic body has taken several infrastructure projects to be developed in Pirangut region.
