As per the recent NHB Residex for April-June, 2013, property prices in Indore have recorded the sharpest fall by 5.64% after Ludhiana. Similarly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/bhopal\/residential-price\">property prices in Bhopal <\/a>have also witnessed a drop by 1.30%. Hence the fall in the prices is proving to be benefit for the investors of Indore as well as Bhopal.The latest land acquisition bill passed by the Parliament indicates that the property rates may go up in near future. Therefore the current situation of the price fall has increased the demand for residential properties both in Indore and Bhopal. Real estate builders as well as banks are getting ready to meet the elevated demand. The business head of HDFC, MP said that it was correct time to opt for ready possession properties as there are no properties which will be obtainable for next 2 to 3 months from now.A new scheme has been launched by State-owned lender Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) which offers home loan at 10.25% which is also its base rate. The CMD of IOB said that they will be providing home loan of 10.25% for properties that are priced upto Rs. 35 lakh and the property value which goes beyond Rs. 35 lakh will be provided with 10.75% home loan.The Vice President of CREDAI (Bhopal division) said that property prices in the city are expected to rise by 30% within few months due to the land acquisition bill and other such factors. Therefore it is best time for the property seekers in Indore and Bhopal to invest as per their budget.
