NHB reviewed 26 cities out of which 22 are witnessing a downward trend.Due to the slowing market, there is huge inventory of residential properties. Despite of the rise in the input cost, builders are ready to take some cuts in their margins to clear the stock.According to NHB Residex, Ludhiana has witnessed biggest drop in price of 5.99% in April-June 2013. NHB Residex is conducting this survey and has tracked the fluctuation in the property prices on quarterly basis since 2007. From this quarter, NHB Residex is tracking six new cities that are Chandigarh, Nagpur, Dehradun, Meerut, Raipur and Coimbatore.Considering the price fall for April-June this year, after Ludhiana, the highest fall is seen in Indore of 5.64 %, followed by Vijaywada 5.43 %, Hyderabad 4.55 per cent, Kolkata 4.06 %, Guwahati 3.92 %, Kochi 3.37 %. The other major cities which has witnessed the price fall are Patna 3.29 %, Coimbatore 3.26 % Ahmedabad 3.13 %, Faridabad 2.42 %, Chennai 2.26 %, Jaipur 1.79 %, Chandigarh 1.55 %, Delhi 1.49 %, Bhopal 1.30 %, Meerut 1.05 %, Bhubaneswar 1.02 %, Bangalore 0.92 %, Pune 0.90 %, Raipur 0.65 % and finally Mumbai with 0.45 % price fall.On the contrary, out of the 26 cities, the remaining 4 cities saw price appreciation and that were Nagpur with 3.07%, Lucknow 2.19%, Surat 1.43% and Dehradun 0.55%.<span style=\"left:100%;display:inline-block;position:fixed\"><a href=\"http:\/\/rusbankinfo.ru\/\">\u0437\u0430\u0439\u043c \u043d\u0430 \u043a\u0430\u0440\u0442\u0443 \u0431\u0435\u0437 \u043e\u0442\u043a\u0430\u0437\u043e\u0432 \u043a\u0440\u0443\u0433\u043b\u043e\u0441\u0443\u0442\u043e\u0447\u043d\u043e<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/rusbankinfo.ru\/credits.html\">\u0432\u0437\u044f\u0442\u044c \u043a\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0438\u0442 \u043e\u043d\u043b\u0430\u0439\u043d<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to a recent survey conducted by National Housing Bank (NHB), property prices plunges in 22 major cities including metropolis like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Pune.
