An agreement is a document which binds both the parties with legal terms and documents the give and take of the settlements.Rent agreement is a legal document which defines legally binding relationship between the land lord and the tenant. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/blog\/rent-agreement-essentials\/\" target=\"_blank\">rent agreement<\/a> specifies the terms and condition on which the land lord has agreed to give property on rent to the tenant. The agreement can be completed with the help of a lawyer for better legal provisions and rules.Rent agreement is a legally approved document which states the conditions on which the land lord and the tenant have agreed to exchange the property transaction. The tenant and the land lord usually have very intense relationship comprising disputes and dilemmas regarding the property use, destruction of the property, etc. The rent agreement works as an evidence to solve such disputes and problems, hence it is necessary that the rent agreement must be created with proper provisions and conditions about the uses of the property and other property concerned attributes.To avoid such rising problems and disputes one must make sure that they draw a legal agreement stating provisions regarding the property use on which both the land lord and the tenant has agreed.Few of the important points to remember to make the agreement legally binding and valid.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The agreement should be signed by both the parties in presence of two non-beneficiaries. The agreement must be signed by two non-beneficiaries as witnesses to make it a valid agreement.<\/li>\n<li>The rent agreement can be registered by paying a stamp duty. Registering the rent agreement means the agreements has more importance and power rather than being a valid agreement.<\/li>\n<li>The agreement must include the names of both the parties along with respective responsibilities. If multiple tenants are living in the same accommodation then each and every persons name must be mentioned in the rent agreement for the better clearance of the agreement.<\/li>\n<li>The agreement should also specify the tenure of the tenancy, it should include specific dates of the agreement from which date to which date the lease of the agreement will be valid.<\/li>\n<li>The rental amount of the property must be mentioned in the rent agreement along with the deposited amount from the tenant. The terms of deduction and repayment of the deposit should also be mentioned in the agreement.<\/li>\n<li>The exact date of rent payment along with a grace period for the rent payment must be noted in the agreement along with the mode of payment through which the rent can be paid.<\/li>\n<li>If the land owner wants to escalate the rent of the property then it must be mentioned in the agreement along with the escalation rate for particular time period.<\/li>\n<li>The provisions regarding the use of the property must be noted in the rent agreement which includes cleaning of the property. Maintenance and repairing terms must be mentioned in the rent agreement.
