Pune is considered as most sought after destination after Mumbai. Pune is also considered as the IT capital of Maharashtra State. Due to development in IT sector as well as Industrial and automobile sector, Pune is considered as the city of new opportunities. The growing population in the city and the need for the place to live has put the real estate development to new heights with many real estate residential and <strong>commercial projects<\/strong> coming up in Pune.Though earlier only few a parts of internal city had been developed such as Deccan, Shivaji Nagar, Pune Camp and Bund garden, Koregaon Park. Being close to Hinjewadi IT Park and Mumbai-Pune Expressway, the demand for real estate properties is ever increasing in Baner.Viman Nagar is one of the known places to reside in recent years having Pune International Airport with distance only half a kilometer and main Pune Railway Station just 6 kms away. Viman Nagar has also seen many new IT, BPO and educational institutes coming up.Sinhagad road is also developing with new residential projects coming up in the vicinity, among the project which is been developed on a large scale near Sinhagad raod is Nanded City which is considered as a mega township which is being developed on a 700 acres of land.Wakad which falls under the PCMC limits is considered among the fastest developing locations in Pune.
