In the fast growing suburbs of Toronto, this building delivers the never-seen-before torsional shape with magnificence none less than a Hollywood beauty.Developed by Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen Development Group, designed by MAD (Beijing architect Ma Yansong), nicknamed as \u2018Marilyn Monroe\u2019 because of its curvilinear features, awarded the prize of \u2018Best Tall Buildings in the Americas\u2019 and won international design competition held in Toronto, Absolute is a biologically inspired design that actually looks like a woman figure (hourglass) from distance and give you shockwaves with its extraordinary spectacle.Overall development consists of five towers with more than 158,000 sq mt including 1,850 residential units, a three-story 3,252 sq mt recreation area with retail facilities. Two of them form the twin twisted Absolute Towers.Design<\/strong>Challenging the commonplace, Absolute Tower twists 209 degrees from the base to the top. Inspired from the fluidity found in nature, every floor rotates one-to-eight degrees. The design of each floor is perfect in delivering the beautiful panorama of the Mississauga skyline to its resident. The total project cost is about 450 mn Canadian dollars and more than half of the cost has been consumed in the two sexy towers.One of the biggest innovations inside the building is its wrapping balconies that naturally shade the house from summer sun and soak the heat from the winter sun meanwhile reducing air conditioning costs.
