Ever since this area is been developed, it has become an exceptionally valuable location. In fact, Bandra Kurla Complex is said to be till date, one of the most remarkable accomplishments of reclamation urban renewal in the Indian real estate.Apart from being a prominent commercial location in the financial capital, Mumbai where there are gleaming avant-garde office complexes, the location is now also emerging as the most favored destinations for the trade offices and foreign consulates. \u00a0BKC already quarters the British High Commission and the consulates of US, Australia and New Zealand. More and more consulates are looking out for spaces in this residential and commercial hub of Mumbai.Within the past one year, France, Belgium and Sweden consulates have also bought space in this location. With a view to shift to more opportune location, most of the Mumbai&#8217;s embassies and consulates are considering shifting to the Bandra Kurla Complex. However some of the consulates are still working from their residential villas located on Nepean Sea Road and at Malabar Hill. Even though these locations are prestigious real estate spots in Mumbai, they are not satisfying the dwelling needs of the consulate establishments.
