The project is called Ascent Arcade. It is situated by the NH 24. The project will be serving the population around NH 24 in the vicinity of Wave City.The project covers an area of 1.5 lakh sq ft and will have a saleable area of 98,000 sq ft. The project will have a total of 5 floors of which the bottom three will be for shops while the upper two will be for offices. A total of 163 units will be available for shops and offices. According to the builders the USP of the project is its connectivity. It can be approached from a number of places such as Noida, Ghaziabad and Indirapuram. The project is also being made affordable. The basic sale price for offices and shops has been fixed at Rs 6,500 per sq ft.At the Bhoomi Pujan of the Ascent Arcade Mr. Suresh Gogia, CEO of Ascent Buildtech said, “At Ascent Buildtech our focus has always been to create a better experience in every aspect of life for our valued customers and the launch of Ascent Arcade is an extension of this philosophy.
