Oasis Buildhome owns about 14 acres of land in this city.Godrej properties will be developing a posh group residential project on 13.76 acres of land located on Northern Periphery Road, in Sector 88A\/89A of Gurgaon. The project will offer 1.2 million sq ft of saleable area. Like many other projects of Godrej properties, even this would be a joint venture.According to the Managing Director and CEO of Godrej properties, NCR is a significant growth market for them and they are happy to develop a new project in Gurgaon. Till now, Godrej properties have developed 3 projects in NCR. This would be their fourth project. The firm is presently developing two <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/gurgaon\/new-projects\" target=\"_blank\">residential projects in Gurgaon<\/a> and currently is planning to develop a premium residential project in Okhla, NCR.
